Online payment options
Carla Grima Atelier currently accepts Paypal, bank transfer or cheque. You can select your method of payment on checkout.
PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction. For full payment and security information, please click the link below.
Payment on delivery
Carla Grima Atelier will only accept this method of payment from customers purchasing from Malta.
In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, all transactions are processed by Paypal using the latest anti-fraud technology. Carla Grima Atelier does not have direct access to, or store, your credit card information at any time.
Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number advising you that your order has been received by Carla Grima Atelier and is now being processed. We make every attempt to ship the same business day, or following business day if the order is placed on a weekend, holiday, or outside standard business hours. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please send change requests to email@example.com. We will make every attempt to accommodate your request, however please note that changes can only be made before your order has been dispatched.
Sold out Items
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on www.carlagrima.com we do occasionally sell out of certain products or sizes. In the event that we are out of stock for an item you have ordered, you will be informed by email. You will be given the option to revise or cancel your order.
Items are only held for you once you place and pay for an order. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase it at a later date.
If you are not completely statisfied with your (full-priced) online purchase, you may return your item(s) for refund. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. Please mention your online order number (found in your confirmation email.)
- Return requests must be made within 10 days from the date of delivery.
- All returns must be authorized prior to shipping with an RA number.
- Returns sent without a RA number will be refused upon delivery and returned at your expense.
- All merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all original tags attached.
- We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods that do not meet our return policy.
- In all cases, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Once your return has been received you will be refunded via your original payment method minus the initial shipping cost, where applicable.
