As all the items are handmade there’s a slightly longer lead-time for production but we always endeavour to have as much stock available as possible. If there’s something you really want but it’s currently out of stock, just drop us a line and we’ll try to accommodate you.
Our store uses Paypal to handle all payment processing. We do not accept credit cards and only accept cheques within Malta. For full details please see our Information pages via the links at the bottom of the page.
Delivery times are dependent on your geographical location but we make every effort to have your items processed and with the shippers as soon as possible. You receive tracking information once your items ship.
Our website does not hold any personal data relating to cards or Paypal account information. All personal account data that we do hold, such as email and addresses are governed by the Malta Data Protection Act 2002.
Once you’ve placed an order and we have received confirmation of payment you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. We then process for shipping and your items are held until despatch. You then receive shipping details and tracking info enabling you to keep an eye on your package.
